Industrial Vacuum Transfer Services USA (IVTS USA) is a Houston-based company that specializes in the vacuuming and conveying of various industrial and environmental materials. In comparison to traditional vacuum methods, IVTS USA’s system can vacuum and pump, thereby conveying an array of materials over long distances.

Randall Thomas

CEO

Prior to establishing IVTS USA, Randall has worked within the Oil and Gas Industry for over 47 years as a second-generation oil industry professional consultant.

After numerous years at Unocal, Randall formed a series of companies over the last 20 years that brought innovative technologies and cost savings concepts to the declining and marginal production field such as Go West Logistics, LLC, Payzone Ultra, LLC, and Petrologic, LLC. In 2013, Randall founded Go West Logistics, LLC which concentrated on offering logistical solutions for the oil and gas sector to aid businesses in managing cost savings.

Through managing a consulting practice that specialized in logistics for drilling and fracking operations, one of Randall’s most influential design concepts was the ‘20-foot Sandbox Container’, which was developed for SandBox Logistics, LLC. This original design concept helped alter the management of logistics and multi-million-dollar frac operations in the Oil and Gas Industry.

With his extensive knowledge of work-over rig operations (both onshore and offshore oil production), Randall has also been engaged in a vast number of oil drilling and completion projects in the Austin Chalk and Eagle Ford Shale region of Texas.

Reggie Boggs

President

Reggie brings over 30 years of oilfield and industry experience to IVTS. Before joining
IVTS, Reggie worked 25 years for Baker Hughes leading and managing operations,
engineering, and sales in international locations all over the globe.

After Baker Hughes, he spent several years with Weatherford developing and building
Sand Control and Downhole Remote Telemetry product lines, including award-winning
Single Trip RFID Completion systems as well as patented downhole screen products. Reggie received his B.S.M.E. from Louisiana Tech and an MBA from the University of Southern Mississippi

Reggie Boggs

Ryan Thomas

COO

Before joining IVTS USA, Ryan spent 17 years combined in key leadership roles for companies such as Baker Hughes, Schlumberger, and Weatherford executing completion operations for some of the most prolific deep-water wells globally. He managed these operations for companies such as ExxonMobil, Shell, Hess, and Noble Energy in countries all over the world.

The leadership roles within these high-profile projects encompassed responsibilities and ownership for engineering support, new technology design, manufacturing, supply chain, trade compliance, contract management, and customer relations. 

Prior to joining the corporate world, Ryan was instrumental in growing a grassroots drilling contractor company that serviced small independent oil and gas operators in the Texas and Louisiana region. Ryan received his B.B.A marketing degree from Texas Lutheran University in 2005.

Brandon williams

VICE PRESIDENT, OIL & GAS

Brandon is a petroleum engineer and has spent his 17-year career primarily focused on upstream oil and gas operations. He has developed diversified regional knowledge in multiple basins, including the Permian Basin, Williston Basin and South Texas. Prior to IVTS, Brandon co-founded SandPoint Resources in 2018 where he served as Vice President of Operations. He directly oversaw all operations including drilling, completion, procurement, production, facility construction, SWD and pipeline operations with a minimal staff. SandPoint successfully sold its 27,000 acre South Texas asset to Silverbow in May 2022 for $88 million. Before SandPoint, Brandon served as Operations Manager for Silverback Exploration where he managed completion, production, facility and SWD operations for company’s 36,000-acre Delaware Basin asset, which sold to Centennial Resource Development for more than $850 million in 2016. Prior to Silverback, Brandon was the completion team lead for Statoil’s Bakken Business Unit where he managed frac, workover and remedial operations. Brandon began his career as a drilling engineer with Dominion E&P focused on the Texas Gulf Coast.

Brandon graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering in 2005
